Compa

Refund policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

The only thing sold here is the trip pass, a one-time purchase that unlocks Compa's assistant features. The sale is handled by our payment provider as merchant of record; refunds are paid back the way you paid.

Try before you buy

You do not need to buy anything to find out whether the assistant is useful: every new install includes a free taste of it, one itinerary import and ten assistant actions, with no card and no account. The best refund is the purchase you never needed to make.

Your 14 days under EU law

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Because the pass is digital content delivered immediately, the checkout asks for your agreement to immediate delivery; using the key starts that delivery. If you have NOT meaningfully used the pass, ask within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back, no reasons needed.

When something is wrong

If the pass does not work, key refused, features failing, anything that is our fault, we fix it or refund it, whichever you prefer, at any reasonable time, not just within 14 days. A pass that was honestly bought will never be left dead.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with the email receipt of your purchase (it carries the order number). Because Compa has no accounts, that receipt is what connects the purchase to you; without it we honestly cannot find the order. Refund requests are answered within a few days, and approved refunds are processed by the payment provider to your original payment method.

What is not refundable

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.
