One trip, wherever you are

Plan it on the sofa, or plan it on the big screen. Same trip.

The website and the app are the same Compa. Do the whole thing on your phone if that is how you like it, or spread it out on a bigger screen when you are deep in a hundred browser tabs. Move it across whenever you want, in one tap, and carry on exactly where you were.

What it actually does

Everything you need on a trip, and nothing you do not.

These are real screens. Pick one, or let it run.

Airplane mode

No signal?
It does not even notice.

Somewhere over the Alps. In a tunnel. On a ferry. In a country where your data has quietly given up. Compa carries on exactly as it was, because everything is already on your phone.

Your boarding pass opens and scans. Full screen, bright, no waiting.
Your day reads back exactly as you left it. Every plan, time and note.
Places you looked up are still there. Once you have opened a city, it is yours.
Nothing to wait for. No blank screens, no spinning circles, no "check your connection".
Signal onTry the switch. The phone beside this does not change.

Travelling with other people

Send them the trip. That is the whole thing.

No group to create, no invitation to accept, nobody has to make an account, and they do not even need the app open yet.

1

Tap send

Compa packs the trip up and hands you a link, the same way you would share a photo.

2

Send it however you like

WhatsApp, a message, an email. It also works with no service at all: the whole trip can travel as a small file instead.

3

They open it

It arrives as their own copy of the trip. They can change it, add to it, and none of it touches yours.

🛡

Your tickets stay with you. Boarding passes, barcodes, booking references and the documents behind them never leave your phone. What a companion gets is the trip: where you are going, when, and what you planned. Nothing that opens a hotel room or boards a bus.

Four promises

All of them are boring, which is rather the point.

No account, ever

No sign up, no password, no profile. Not for the free part, and not for the paid part either.

It lives on your device

Your trips are stored on your own phone and in your own browser. Sending one somewhere is a button you press, not something that happens quietly.

No ads, no nagging

No countdown discounts, no expiring points, no banner eating the top of the screen, no badge telling you what you are missing.

It works with no signal

Every screen reads back with the network off. That is the whole reason for writing it down before you go.

Price

Compa is free, not free now, forever.

Planning, carrying, sharing, all of it. No limit, no tier, no trial that runs out. There is exactly one thing you can buy, it lives in the phone app, and you can travel perfectly happily without ever touching it.

The trip pass. One trip, one payment. It unlocks the handful of things that use AI, and nothing else changes.

  • Point the camera at a ticket, or paste the confirmation email, or drop in the PDF. Compa reads it and fills in the flight, the seat, the hotel, the times.
  • Hand it a whole itinerary as a document or a spreadsheet, and get a finished trip with the cities and days already in it.
  • Ask about the place you are in, not just your own plans. What is worth an afternoon here, is this neighbourhood any good at night, what do people eat in this city.
  • What is this place, in two sentences, in your own language, when a guide entry does not say.
  • How not to cause offence where you are: greetings, tipping, shoes, queues, the things nobody tells you.
  • Your morning lines, written properly. You get the summary either way. The pass just has it written for the day you are actually having, instead of listed.

Why this and not the rest. Every one of these features costs real money each time it runs. Everything else in Compa runs on your own phone and costs nothing, so it is free. Questions about your own trip, your morning and evening summary, and the check on a day you have built all work without the pass, offline, for free, and none of them use AI in the first place.

Try it first: one import and ten questions, free, no card. Buying it still creates no account. Your key appears the moment you pay; paste it in Compa under Settings and the phone remembers it. Nothing on this website uses AI.

Getting started

Open it, add a city, and you are planning.

On your phone, in about ten seconds

Open Compa in your browser and choose "Add to Home Screen". After that it behaves like any other app: its own icon, full screen, and it opens whether you have signal or not. No store account, no updates to remember, and it takes up almost nothing.

App StoreComing Google PlayComing

Both stores are on the way. It is the same Compa there, and just as free.

Somebody sent you a trip?

Open the link they sent. Compa shows you what is in it first, and asks before it adds anything. You do not need an account, and you do not need to install anything before you look.
